Hotel Nikko San Francisco

Just a quick trip overnight to see Michelle Wolf at Cobb's Comedy Club. The hotel is beautiful; the staff is friendly and professional. Our room was lovely, and we had a city view. The toiletries smelled good, and the bed was very comfortable, with excellent pillows. Ok, this is going to sound ridiculous and obviously it isn't a critical amenity... but I really loved the TV remote, lol! When you push the buttons, they feel like there's a click, but it doesn't really make a sound. It felt well-made. It was best TV remote I've ever used lol!! I wish I had taken a picture. I was also surprised at how quickly the parking valet brought our car.

A wonderful hotel in the city center. Just a two-minute walk to a large Macy’s, the subway, the cable car, lots of different shops and dining options. Very good location. Room was clean, modern, there was a drinking water and ice machine on the floor. Breakfast was included with our booking, and that turned out to be a great decision. The breakfast was wonderful — eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt, coffee...

Beautiful room and facilities. The staff were great on both the front desk and valet parking. Super helpful and friendly and helped make the stay great. The room itself, bed was so comfortable and the room was pristine. Bathroom was lovely and clean with great toiletries available to use. Loved the refillable water bottle station and the fact that you get two bottles to refill provided in the room. We stayed here for just one night, the following day we checked out, left our bags which was zero issue with the hotel, we left them with the valet along with the car while we done some exploring of the city and visited Alcatraz. Would definitely stay at again. Seen a number of reviews complaining about parking costs. Yeah, the valet might seem pricey but I'd rather pay and know the car is safe - the surrounding area, it's pretty sketchy. We witnessed a guy, on the street, on our approach to the hotel attempting to hotwire a moped. I've no doubt there is other parking round about but not being from the area, we didn't wan't to mess around. If parking nearby, please clear your car and don't leave anything laying in view! Also if you've visited LA, the pricing is totally in line with valet parking costs there.

We love that is it dog friendly and the restaurant & bar staff are great. Beds are comfy and some rooms have a phenomenal view.

Very comfortable and clean - queen room with 2 large beds was perfect for a family with one 4 year old as it had both bath and shower, a small fridge and coffee machine with bespoke capsules. Everywhere was clean. Great gym and pool/spa area but missing cold plunge pool. Each floor has filtered water station and ice machine which is great.
