Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I travel a lot for work, and only stay in 4-5 star hotels (usual chains Hilton/Westin/etc.), and this is the best of them all. Room/food/service/cleanliness/location…all perfect. I did pay extra for an executive suite, with an adjoining twin Double for the kids…but our room was 10/10! Also, the access to the lounge meant free breakfast and more less free drinks/dinner if you were happy to make a meal out of all the complimentary food they make each evening (pizza, pasta, crackers and cheese, fresh fruit). It’s not pitched as dinner and you don’t get to choose…but it made for a perfectly good dinner for us one evening.

Just a quick trip overnight to see Michelle Wolf at Cobb's Comedy Club. The hotel is beautiful; the staff is friendly and professional. Our room was lovely, and we had a city view. The toiletries smelled good, and the bed was very comfortable, with excellent pillows. Ok, this is going to sound ridiculous and obviously it isn't a critical amenity... but I really loved the TV remote, lol! When you push the buttons, they feel like there's a click, but it doesn't really make a sound. It felt well-made. It was best TV remote I've ever used lol!! I wish I had taken a picture. I was also surprised at how quickly the parking valet brought our car.

This was our second time staying at the Hotel Nikko - the first was 14 years ago. This four-night stay was just as excellent as the last time. The property is lovely and the staff are all gracious. The rooms are quiet and spacious, and we had a great view on the 17th floor. The bed is comfortable. The pool is wonderful! We wished we could have spent more time there. The refillable water bottles in the room are thoughtful, as is the water filter in the hallway. I'm so glad we didn't stay at a big chain.

This is a super nice hotel with great service and fantastic pool and gym/sauna facilities. It's exceptionally clean and the room came with a nicely equipped coffee maker and mini-bar (extra fees if you want to use anything in it). There was no refrigerator originally but it was provided when requested for no extra charge. The bathroom was modern with a big shower cabin.

Wonderfully comfortable and quiet room. Nice big bed with soft mattress, linens and pillows. Lovely housekeeping staff who always came back to my room on their rounds as I left later in the morning. Room was on the 21st floor with a nice view. Great bathroom with a heated mirror (so it does not steam up) and japanese toilet also a big plus, always felt extra fresh 😅
